Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. After approval, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, you can request an exchange within 30 days of receipt.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. Return shipping costs for refunds are also free, provided the item is returned within the 30-day window and meets the eligibility criteria.
